Founder – Aalok Sharma
AAAS Industries is founded and led by Mr. Aalok Sharma, a seasoned engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in the Automotive and Manufacturing industries. His extensive hands-on expertise forms the backbone of the company’s technical strength and strategic direction.
Mr. Sharma brings deep knowledge in product costing, manufacturing operations, process troubleshooting, cost optimization, SPM development, and product design. He has successfully driven multiple cost-saving initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Zero-Based Costing (ZBC), and process reengineering, delivering measurable value to organizations and clients.
His core areas of expertise include sheet metal and fabrication processes, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), welding fixture design, automation integration, and the development of custom tooling, jigs, fixtures, and Special Purpose Machines for both prototyping and mass production. He also possesses strong capabilities in business development, customer relationship management, and strategic growth planning within manufacturing sectors.
